According to the Terms and Conditions which you agreed to before you could enroll in VetRewards, your subscription fees are not refundable if you decide to cancel. Our policy is the same as Netflix and many other subscription services you may use. You can't get a refund or a prorated one for your current subscription period.
In addition, you agreed with the Terms & Conditions that your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel the next term, and to be fully clear, we print your next auto-renewal date on your invoice.
How It Works: Once you're enrolled and been given access to hundreds of valuable VetRewards deals and exclusive offers that can save you literally thousands of dollars each year, you have paid for the subscription for these premium services until the end of your term and are not eligible for a refund.
If you turn off auto-renewal in your account or call us to cancel, you won't be charged again at the end of your current term, and your subscription will be automatically cancelled at that time. You do not need to do anything more. And, like Netflix, we let you continue to use our premium services and the VetRewards Card ID to redeem deals until your subscription runs out.
If you have TravelProtection included with your subscription, we recommend you keep your account up-to-date and set for auto-renew so you have peace of mind with continuous insurance coverage. We can’t be responsible for any failure to renew that results in a loss of coverage and inability to make a claim.
At the end of your cancelled VetRewards subscription term, your account will be downgraded to a free Veterans Advantage account, which we will continue to maintain for you. All your favorite deals will remain hearted on your Member Dashboard, so you won’t have to start over fresh.
You can keep your same Member ID and password to stay engaged and access the Military Community Deals and other services, such as the Jobs & Career Network, and read helpful blogs on how to get the best deals or other news of interest to our community.
While we hate to see you go, we do make it easy for you to cancel with no further renewals on your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
- Visit veteransadvantage.com from your mobile phone, laptop, desktop computer or other device
- Login with your email or Member ID and password or Facebook account
- At the top of the page, mouse over your name and select My Account from the dropdown menu
- In My Account, select Manage Subscription from the left menu
- Click Manage Renewal Settings under the description of your subscription type.
- Un-check the AutoRenewal box and save your updates - you’re done!
