Due to the availability of our 30-Day Trial, which provides a period to determine program satisfaction without any obligation, plan fees are not refundable. While you may cancel your account at any time, your account access will remain active until the end of your membership term, when your benefits and insurance coverage expire.
For deployed military personnel, Veterans Advantage provides the following options to cancel a membership:
1. Courtesy Pause of member term until stateside return
2. Cancel auto bill authorization but retain benefits access to ensure no future billing while deployed
3. Pro-rata refund with proof of deployment.
Upon your return to the U.S., please contact us through YOUR ACCOUNT to reactivate your remaining term, or if you prefer to cancel authorization to automatically renew your account.
If you wish to request a refund, please scan and email us proof of deployment with a copy of your deployment orders or official verification of overseas deployment to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt, we will send you a termination form with a signature requirement to acknowledge your insurance coverage will end with the termination of your member plan.
If you have designated any beneficiaries for the $5,000 accidental death benefit, you must note the change of beneficiary information for our group insurance policy. Once you return the termination form with your signature, we will issue the refund to the credit card on file with your account. In accordance with our privacy policies, any official records are not retained, and will be professionally destroyed with our secure document service.
