When you enroll in VetRewards, we will ask you to electronically sign a legally-binding affidavit of you or your family member’s military or veteran status*.
During the application review, which extends for a period post-enrollment, we may ask for additional documentation to support your application. We never require your Social Security Number or any other highly sensitive personal information to enroll. We reserve the right to deny an applicant who fails to supply sufficient military information or meet our qualifications for enrollment.
Please note: We provide significant financial benefits and services with VetRewards. There are severe criminal penalties for financial fraud under the federal statutes of the United States Penal Code if you misrepresent you or your family's military status for financial gain. If we find evidence of misrepresentation or abuse, we will inform the appropriate authorities.
