Please notify us of your wish to terminate your benefits coverage with your member plan or household member cards on your account a minimum of 30 days before your renewal date. If you are enrolled in a 30-day trial, you must notify us before the end of your trial. If your trial ends on a weekend or a national holiday, please try to inform us of your wish to terminate benefits before that date or no later than the next business day so we may respectfully honor your request.
You may also remove automatic renewal in MY ACCOUNT and updating your preferences in the Manage Subscription section.
